Ticket Broker

We’re hiring an experienced Ticket Broker who already knows how to buy tickets across all major platforms — Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, etc. If you don’t have real presale/on-sale experience, this isn’t for you.

Role:

- Buy tickets for presales/drops (top priority)

- Complete signups

- Complete other admin related tracks

- Follow structured instructions and communicate with the team

- Track buys, signups, and activity accurately

Requirements:

- Prior ticket brokering experience across all major platforms is required

- Strong PC (16–32GB RAM) + fast internet

- Availability Mon–Fri, usually 9am–2pm EST (hours vary by on-sales)

- Fast, organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
