SEO Content Publisher & Website Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Content Publisher to join our growing team. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with websites, following processes, learning new skills, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. You will work closely with our operations and SEO teams to publish content, maintain websites, implement SEO updates, and help ensure our clients’ websites meet our quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing:

Website Content Publishing
- Publish pages, blog posts, and location pages on WordPress and Wix websites.
- Format content using Elementor, Wix Editor, and other page builders.
- Upload and optimize images.
- Add image alt text and basic SEO elements.
- Ensure content follows company publishing standards.
- Create and maintain internal links.

SEO Implementation
- Add and update title tags and meta descriptions.
- Assist with on-page SEO improvements.
- Support indexing requests and sitemap updates.
- Update information in SEO tools and reporting platforms.
- Help implement content optimization recommendations.

Website Maintenance
- Perform routine website updates.
- Fix formatting and layout issues.
- Update existing website content.
- Assist with redirects and other basic website maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot common website issues.

Quality Assurance
- Review published pages before they go live.
- Verify mobile responsiveness.
- Check links, images, headings, and page structure.
- Ensure websites meet company quality standards.

Required Skills
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow SOPs and documented processes.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
