ABOUT US
We're an established IT solutions provider with over a decade in business — a small, focused team that moves fast and values ownership. We're looking for a seasoned, PMP-certified Project Manager with MSP experience who can lead complex initiatives and keep our operations running like clockwork.
THE ROLE
You'll own project delivery end-to-end — overseeing timelines, coordinating team workflows, managing communication, and ensuring every initiative lands on time and on budget. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for someone who thrives without heavy oversight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROJECT DELIVERY & OVERSIGHT-
Lead projects from kickoff through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
Coordinate tasks across internal and client-facing teams to keep deliverables on track
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, workflows, and status updates
Identify bottlenecks and proactively flag risks or delays before they escalate
Report progress to leadership on a regular cadence
MSP & IT OPERATIONS-
Apply MSP frameworks and best practices to service delivery and project execution
Collaborate with technical teams on IT projects including cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives
Support process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization
Ensure service-level commitments are tracked, met, and reported
REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS, CERTIFICATIONS & FRAMEWORKS-
PMP certification (active and verifiable) — required
IT MSP (Information Technology Managed Service Provider) experience — required
PROJECT MANAGEMENT-
Proven multi-project delivery in a remote environment
Strong command of project management tools and platforms
Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and leaderships expectations
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION-
Fluent written and verbal English — comfortable leading remote team coordination
CRM and workflow tools: Go High Level (GHL) or similar
NON-NEGOTIABLEE REQUIREMENTS-

Active PMP certification (must be verifiable)
IT MSP (Information Technology Managed Services Provider) experience (demonstrable, project-level)
Dedicated, quiet home office suitable for professional video calls
Reliable workstation and high-speed internet
Fluent English communication
Availability across US time zones (Pacific to Eastern)
NICE TO HAVE-
Experience working within IT, SaaS, or managed services environments
Familiarity with IT concepts: cloud, cybersecurity, MSP service stacks
B2B client-facing project management experience
Exposure to AI or automation-forward toolsets
Willing to learn how to use AI tools
