ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be the first point of contact for customers across four Nordic markets (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). Your job is to handle incoming emails every single day — answering questions about orders, tracking, returns, and product issues. We have a full SOP library that tells you exactly what to do for every situation, so you will never be left guessing.

The inbox must be checked and cleared 2–3 times per day, 7 days a week. Hours are flexible — you d ---------- when you work, as long as the job gets done.

? REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in customer support (required)
• Previous experience working with Shopify (required)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using translation tools (DeepL) to handle emails in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish
• Reliable, organised, and takes initiative
• Available 7 days a week
