JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our global e-commerce presence. Utilizing our already established corporate entities, the manager will spearhead the technical setup of eBay accounts across the US, UK, and EU, manage daily full-cycle storefront operations, and scale inventory across non-Amazon third-party marketplaces.

Part 1: Initial Launch & Compliance (Phase 1)
The manager takes ownership from the point of account creation, ensuring compliance with global platform regulations to eliminate setup friction.

Global KYC & Account Onboarding: Establish native corporate accounts on ---------- , ---------- , and EU nodes ( ---------- , ---------- , etc.). Flawlessly execute eBay’s Managed Payments onboarding by mapping existing corporate registry documents, director IDs, and localized business bank accounts/payout providers.

Tax Integration & Infrastructure: Input and verify existing VAT registrations for UK/EU regions and configure regional sales tax/nexus tables for the US.

Security & Environment Management: Implement clean environment protocols (dedicated IPs, multi-user access controls) to prevent malicious or a ---------- account linkage flags.

Part 2: Daily Full-Cycle Operations (Phase 2)
Once accounts are live, the manager handles the day-to-day operations required to convert listings into sustained sales.

1. Catalog Management & Listing Optimization
Search Engine Optimization: Maximize visibility within eBay’s Cassini search algorithm by optimizing titles (80-character limit), populating all critical Item Specifics, and structuring clean, mobile-optimized descriptions.

Bulk Ingestion: Manage multi-variation listings (sizes, specs, colors) across international storefronts via CSV/XLSX file exchanges or listing software.

2. Order Triage & Global Logistics
Dispatch Management: Monitor the Awaiting Postage queue daily, coordinating with fulfillment channels to ensure strict adherence to stated handling times.

Cross-Border Shipping: Configure localized shipping tables, coordinate with international carriers, or leverage programs like eBay International Shipping to maintain defect-free tracking upload rates.

3. Account Health & Risk Mitigation
Performance Monitoring: Protect Top Rated Seller standing by managing transaction defect rates, late shipments, and cases closed without seller resolution.

Policy Compliance: Proactively monitor the Resolution Center for VeRO (Intellectual Property) warnings, policy updates, and listing errors.

4. Marketing & Revenue Growth
Advertising Strategy: Deploy and optimize Promoted Listings Standard and Advanced (CPC) campaigns to capture high-intent search traffic.

Promotional Campaigns: Launch store sales, multi-buy discounts, and targeted buyer coupons to increase Average Order Value (AOV).

5. Customer Experience & Dispute Resolution
Buyer Communications: Maintain a strict 24-hour response window for pre- and post-sale messages.

Claims Handling: Authoritatively manage returns, cancellations, and "Item Not As Described" (INAD) claims, using tactical partial refunds to safeguard profit margins.

Part 3: Multi-Channel Expansion (Phase 3)
Beyond eBay, this role is tasked with replicating product visibility across alternative high-yield marketplaces.

Platform Diversification: Scale catalog presence onto non-Amazon channels such as Walmart Marketplace (US), Target Plus (US), Kaufland (DE), Allegro (PL), or Mirakl-powered enterprise networks.

Centralized Inventory Syncing: Implement and oversee multi-channel management tools (e.g., Linnworks, BaseLinker, ChannelAdvisor) to ensure live stock allocations prevent overselling across global nodes.

Requirements:
2-5 Years of experience with EBAY.
