SEO Specialist (Singapore Based Digital Marketing Agency)

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing healthcare marketing agency. You'll be responsible for executing SEO campaigns, implementing technical and on-page optimizations, and helping drive organic growth for healthcare clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement on-page SEO optimizations across client websites
- Execute technical SEO fixes and recommendations
- Conduct keyword research and support content optimization initiatives
- Perform SEO audits and assist with implementation of findings
- Optimize metadata, site structure, internal linking, and content elements
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and key SEO performance metrics
- Support link-building and authority-building activities
- Follow established SEO processes, SOPs, and best practices
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account managers to deliver SEO outcomes

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong proficiency in on-page, technical, and local SEO
- Proven experience implementing SEO recommendations that improve rankings and organic traffic
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience conducting SEO audits and executing technical fixes
- Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately
- Able to work independently while following established processes
- Agency experience is highly regarded
- Healthcare SEO experience is a plus
