(Long Term) Video Editor and AI Content Creator – Social Media (Organic + Paid Ads)

We're looking for a creative and driven Video Editor to produce high-performing social media content for a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the parenting market. You'll work with an existing footage library and transform it into captivating, scroll-stopping videos for Instagram, TikTok, and paid advertising.
This is not a basic editing role — we want someone who thinks like a content strategist.

What you'll do:

1. Edit 10–20 short-form videos per week from our existing footage library
2. Develop video concepts, characters, and narratives that drive engagement and conversions
3. Write scripts when needed for storytelling or ad formats
4. Use AI tools (HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.) to generate B-rolls or produce full AI-assisted videos
5. Adapt content for both organic reach and paid performance campaigns

What we're looking for:

1. Strong editing instincts — you know what makes a video stop the scroll
2. Experience with AI video generation tools (this is a must)
3. Ability to think creatively and develop compelling content angles
4. Autonomous, proactive, fast turnaround
5. Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing content is a strong plus

Compensation: Base rate + performance bonus available for top-performing content
