Proactive Digital Marketing VA for UK Multi-Business (Self-Starter Only)

I run several UK businesses — an e-commerce vaporizer store, an SEO agency, and a few content sites. I'm looking for one person to take ownership of keeping the work moving, not someone I have to chase or assign every task to.

Important: I need you to be the organised one. You'll run our daily check-ins, you'll flag what's slipping, and you'll get on with things without waiting for me to reply to every message. If you're someone who sits idle when there's no instruction, this isn't the role. If you spot a problem and fix it before being asked, keep reading.

What you'll do: publishing and updating content on Shopify and WordPress, on-page and technical SEO tasks, scheduling social content, and surfacing anything that needs my decision.

Must have: 1–2 years Shopify experience, solid SEO knowledge (on-page + technical)

Nice to have: AEO / AI-search optimisation, Klaviyo or similar email tools, Canva, content writing.

Hours / pay: $ ---------- Full Time, 1-month trial, long-term for the right person.

How our week runs: a 20-minute planning call Monday (you run it, you bring the plan), and a 5-minute check-in Tue–Fri (you bring blockers, I unblock you). You initiate all of them.
