Hiring: Experienced Insurance VA (NY P&C Agency Experience Required)

Looking to hire a rockstar Virtual Assistant to join our growing independent insurance agency! We need someone who can hit the ground running with data entry, market placement, and quoting support.
?If you know EZLynx inside and out and can fill out Acord forms in your sleep, we want to talk to you!

????? What You’ll Be Doing:
?Personal Lines: Quoting Auto, Homeowners, and Landlord/Dwelling Fire.

?Commercial Lines: Quoting Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, GL, BOP, Workers' Comp, and NY Statutory Disability/PFL.

?System Management: Full data entry and submission prep using EZLynx.

?Acord Mapping: Correctly filling out Acord 125, 126, 130, etc., for commercial submissions.

?Carrier Portals: Submitting risks directly into carrier portals and following up with underwriters.

????? Must-Have Requirements:
????? Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with a New York-based insurance agency. (No exceptions—you must understand NY insurance nuances!)
????? Proficient with EZLynx (Rating & Management).
????? Expert knowledge of standard Acord forms.
????? Strong written and spoken English, highly organized, and sharp attention to detail.
