Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on company-provided leads via phone, WhatsApp,
2. Respond promptly to leads generated from marketing campaigns.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
4. Drive customers toward appointments, consultations, or sales conversions.
5. Update customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
6. Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximize lead conversion performance.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition.
2. Experience in financial services, forex, CFD, fintech industries.
3. Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
4. Experience in client acquisition or lead conversion is an advantage.
5. Able to work effectively in a results-oriented environment.
6. Experience handling Indonesia, Vietnam, Philipines markets.
