JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer hair accessories and hair care brand for women. In business since 2019, we've served over 300,000 customers and generated over $15M in revenue - and we're still growing fast.
We produce high-converting video creatives for paid ads on Meta and TikTok, and we need an editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling and buy.

What you'll be doing:
- Editing short-form video ads (15–60 sec) for Meta ads.
- Creating AI-generated animations: talking characters, product animations, explainer scenes, and B-roll using tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield AI, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar.
- Assembling UGC footage, voiceovers, and product visuals into polished, conversion-focused creatives
Iterating quickly on winning ad formats and testing new creative angles. (**We will be providing the creative briefs**).

You're a great fit if you:
- Have real experience editing for D2C e-commerce brands - especially product ads that drive purchases, not just views.
- Are genuinely skilled, not just "familiar" with AI video generation and animation tools. *ai editing is a must!**
- Understand pacing, hooks, and what makes a paid ad actually convert.
- Can produce multiple polished videos per day and handle revision feedback without losing ---------- ntum.
- Are reliable, communicative, and take pride in your output.
