PT Experienced 3y+ General VA

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to handle a wide variety of tasks. This is a "jack-of-all-trades" role. I will provide video instructions and written manuals for most tasks, and I am always available to answer questions within 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Posting/ ---------- job ads on Facebook groups, Indeed, and Kijiji weekly.
• Lead Generation: Online research (e.g., finding contact info for specific organizations or businesses) and cold emailing leads.
• Communication: Managing and replying to applicant emails using provided templates.
• Administrative: Formatting invoices in Excel and basic product research for personal/business purchases.
• Bookkeeping (Optional): If you have experience or are a fast learner, there is an opportunity to assist with basic bookkeeping.
Requirements (MUST haves. Do not apply to this job if you do not have or agree with all the requirements)
• Work for $4USD/h
• Must have 3y+ of experience as a general virtual assistant, doing a variety of different tasks
• Must have a reliable high-speed (50Mps+) internet connection.
• VPN Required: You must be able to use a VPN set to Ottawa, Canada preferably, but at least Toronto, Canada
• Receive payment via Wise every 2 weeks
• Comfortable using time & screen tracking software, like Apploye, Time Doctor etc.
• Available to work at least 15h/wk
• Available to work max 1h on Saturday and 1h on Sunday if required
