Manila Operations Assistant — Premium Denim Brand

We are a premium streetwear denim brand launching in the Philippines. We operate on an exclusive limited drop model — small batches, high quality, instant sellouts. We are US-owned and managed remotely from California. We need a sharp self-starting Manila-based assistant to be our boots on the ground.
What you will do:

Research and contact denim jean manufacturers in Metro Manila and Taytay Rizal
Schedule and attend factory visits on our behalf
Conduct live video calls with our US founder during factory visits via FaceTime or WhatsApp
Film facility walkthroughs and report back with photos video and your honest assessment
Collect pricing lead times and minimum order quantities from each manufacturer
Coordinate sample production and communicate feedback between factory and our team
Manage ongoing communication with selected manufacturer throughout production runs
Handle local logistics and coordination as the brand grows

What we are looking for:

Based in Metro Manila — must be able to physically visit factories in Taytay and surrounding areas
Excellent English communication written and spoken
Organized proactive and comfortable working independently
Confident on video calls — you will represent the brand in person and on camera
Any experience in fashion garments manufacturing or sourcing is a strong advantage
Genuine interest in building something — this is a startup not a corporation

This role has strong potential to grow into a permanent full time Philippines Operations Manager position as the brand scales.
