Content Writer – Lifestyle, Community & Homeowner Magazine (Remote / Part-Time)

VEI™ (Vegas Equity Insider) is a growing homeowner and lifestyle publication serving Las Vegas, Nevada.

We are seeking a talented Content Writer who can create engaging, informative, and reader-friendly content for our monthly magazine.

This role will support our contributor network by producing original content for recurring sections that are not covered by industry contributors.

The ideal candidate enjoys storytelling, research, lifestyle writing, and creating content that informs and inspires readers.

This is not a technical writing position.

This is a magazine writing position.

Responsibilities

Write articles for recurring VEI™ sections, including:

Pet Corner
Dining Spotlight
Wellness & Healthy Living
Community Spotlight
Homeowner Lifestyle
Family Activities
Local Business Features
Special Interest Articles

Additional responsibilities:

Conduct light online research
Follow editorial guidelines
Meet content deadlines
Collaborate with Managing Editor
Revise articles when needed
Requirements
Excellent written English
Strong grammar and proofreading skills
Ability to write conversational, engaging content
Strong research skills
Reliable internet connection
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to write in a professional magazine style
Preferred Qualifications
Magazine writing experience
Newsletter writing experience
Lifestyle writing experience
Real estate or homeowner content experience
Journalism background
AI-assisted writing experience
