JOB OVERVIEW

We don't just run ads. We drive revenue.

Margin Media is an Award Winning Australian growth agency managing paid media across Google, Meta and LinkedIn for a portfolio of service-based and B2B clients. We care about one thing: whether our campaigns actually make clients money.
We're hiring a Senior Paid Media Specialist who owns campaigns from first click to closed deal not just someone who watches dashboards.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
You think a good CTR means a good campaign
You've never connected paid media to a CRM
You can't explain attribution in plain English
You need someone to tell you what to optimise next
You've only ever managed one or two accounts

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You have 5+ years running Meta campaigns (lead gen focus, not ecommerce)
You've worked with HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
You understand pipeline stages and what makes a quality lead vs a junk lead
You build Looker Studio reports with actual insights, not just numbers
You've run LinkedIn B2B campaigns and know what works
You understand conversion tracking, GTM and closed-loop attribution

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
4–5 client accounts to commence with, budgets $1k–$40k/month
Full-funnel performance: CPL, SQL rate, pipeline and revenue outcomes
CRM integrations across HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Podium and Lana
Structured testing across audiences, creative, offers and landing pages
Reporting that tells a story and drives decisions

HOW WE HIRE:
Intro call
Short paid practical task
Final interview

TO APPLY: Send your application through OnlineJobs.ph. In your cover message, tell us about one campaign where you improved lead quality (not just volume) and what you changed to do it.

Applications without this will not be reviewed.
