Virtual Assistant — Med Spa (GHL Required, Phone-Based)

Luxury Arizona med spa is hiring a full-time, long-term Virtual Assistant.

We're 112 West Medical Aesthetics & Wellness — a fast-growing, military family-owned luxury med spa in Queen Creek, Arizona. We're looking for one sharp, reliable VA to become a permanent part of our team.

You'll be the friendly voice clients hear when they call, the person managing our leads in GoHighLevel, and the creative behind our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence. This isn't a task-rabbit gig — we want someone who grows with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer inbound phone calls from clients (US clients, in clear English)
Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments in Boulevard (we'll train you)
Manage leads and pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL)
Post content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Engage with our followers — reply to DMs and comments
Run simple automations through Zapier
Help us stay organized, follow up with leads, and close more bookings

REQUIRED

GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency — non-negotiable. You must already use GHL daily and be comfortable building workflows, managing pipelines, and setting up campaigns. We will ask you to describe what you've built.
Excellent spoken and written English (US clients will hear you on the phone)
1+ year customer service or VA experience
Reliable internet (50+ Mbps preferred) with backup power or backup internet
Comfortable on the phone with US clients in a professional setting
Quiet workspace for calls

STRONGLY PREFERRED (big bonus)

Med spa, aesthetics clinic, dermatology, or beauty industry experience
Familiarity with Botox, fillers, lasers, hormone therapy, weight loss programs, or skincare
Boulevard scheduling software experience
Zapier automation experience
Canva graphic design skills

WHAT WE OFFER

$5–$8 USD/hour starting (depending on experience), paid weekly
2-week paid trial ? permanent full-time hire if it's a fit
Long-term role with a small, growing business — you'll be part of the team, not a contractor we forget about

Training on Boulevard and our internal systems
Potential to grow into a senior role as we scale
