JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for someone warm, socially intelligent, discreet, and thoughtful to help manage and grow a sensitive personal online presence across several platforms.
This is not a typical social-media VA role, and it is definitely not spammy growth-hacking. Success here looks like the right few people reaching out, not big numbers. The goal is a presence that feels human, trustworthy, and carefully positioned, one that shows up consistently while staying authentic, calm, and never pushy. The work suits someone who naturally reads tone, people, and community dynamics, and who understands how small details shape trust.
What you'd help with:

Researching Facebook groups, niche platforms, Instagram, and other channels, and understanding each community's culture before anything gets posted
Profile positioning, image presentation, and overall trust signals
Drafting posts, captions, and messages for my review
Suggesting ways to increase visibility without sounding spammy, desperate, defensive, or salesy
Reading how things will land with different kinds of people, and telling me honestly when something I've written misfires
Helping avoid unnecessary drama in communities with politics, hostile comments, or sensitive dynamics, knowing when to engage, ignore, soften, clarify, or escalate

What you would not do: handle legal, medical, or highly sensitive conversations, or reply to sensitive messages without my approval. I care far more about careful judgment than speed.
The ideal person is:

Warm, emotionally intelligent, and good with people
Discreet and genuinely comfortable with sensitive, private topics
A strong written-English communicator
Calm under group politics or hostile comments
Proactive but not reckless, careful with tone and wording
Able to research a community before engaging
Good at making a profile feel trustworthy and human
Thoughtful about how things land with different people

Experience in community management, client success, social media, PR, or sensitive client-facing work is a plus. The subject matter is sensitive and personal; I'll explain it to serious applicants, and you'd need to be comfortable with it.
I'll start with a small paid test task. If it's a good fit on both sides, this becomes ongoing part-time work as a trusted right hand, helping create controlled, consistent visibility while protecting the tone, reputation, and trust of the profile.
To apply, please reply with:

Your relevant experience
Whether you're comfortable with sensitive, private profile topics
How you would research a Facebook group before posting
Your hourly rate and availability
Your MBTI type
