RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls using our dialer
• Follow scripts and call procedures
• Verify customer information
• Gather basic insurance information
• Identify interested prospects
• Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents
• Accurately update CRM notes
• Follow all compliance and Do Not Call procedures
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous cold calling experience
• Previous appointment setting experience
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• USB headset
• Ability to work U.S. business hours
• Professional attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Dependable attendance
