Video and Creative Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Specialist who is also skilled in video editing and imagery. This role is ideal for someone who can bring stories to life through both motion and static visuals while leveraging modern creative tools.
A key part of this position is working with AI image and video generation platforms, so candidates must have experience creating effective prompts and directing AI-generated content to achieve specific creative outcomes. You should understand how to translate creative concepts into detailed prompts that produce high-quality visual assets, videos, and design elements.
You'll work closely with our team to create engaging content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements.


Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Create and enhance visual assets, graphics, thumbnails, and imagery.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when needed.
Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all content.
Organize project files and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.
Utilize AI-assisted creative workflows to improve production speed and quality.
Stay updated on trends in video production, visual design, and AI-generated content.


Requirements:

Strong proficiency in:
*Adobe Premiere Pro
*Adobe Photoshop
*Adobe After Effects
Solid understanding of video editing, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
Experience creating compelling imagery and graphic assets.
Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing both video editing and visual design work.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
Familiarity with:
*Google Veo
*OpenAI Sora
*Other AI image and video generation platforms
Experience with content creation for social media, advertising, or e-commerce brands.
Basic understanding of photography, visual design, and branding.
