Short Form Video Editor (Personal Brand Content)

We are looking for a short form video editor to join our team long term. You will be editing short form videos of me talking for my personal brand (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

This is straightforward editing. We send you the raw files of us talking. You cut the dead space, clean it up, add captions and overlays, and make it look polished. Nothing too crazy, but it needs to be done right every time.

REQUIREMENTS (please read carefully):

1. You MUST have previous experience editing short form personal brand content for someone else. No exceptions. If you do not have a portfolio showing this, do not apply.

2. You MUST be available 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. This is non negotiable. The work is light, around 4 hours a day, but the schedule is fixed.

3. You MUST deliver a 24 hour turnaround on every single video. No delays, no excuses. If you cannot commit to this, do not apply.

4. You MUST be fast, reliable, and able to follow direction closely on style and formatting.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOUR APPLICATION:

Start your message with the word REELS so we know you read this all the way through. Applications that do not start with REELS will be ignored.

Then include:
1. A link to your portfolio or 2 to 3 examples of short form talking head videos you have edited.
2. A short note on who you edited for and how long.
3. What editing software you use.

PAY:

Starts at $250 per month. There is real room for bonuses as your work improves and raises over time for the right person. We take care of editors who take care of us.
