Content Creator — Nashville Service Business (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a small company in Nashville, TN that builds websites and manages online presence for local service businesses — window cleaners, flooring contractors, HVAC companies, trades businesses. We're a growing team and we need people who are flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as the business evolves.

We need a content creator who can turn raw field photos into polished social media posts. You'll receive brand guidelines, photos from job sites, and content direction. Your job is to produce finished, published content. This is a content creation and execution role — content strategy is provided to you.

While social media is the primary focus, you should be comfortable helping with other tasks as needed — admin support, client coordination, research, or other work that comes up. We're a small team, so flexibility matters as much as skill.

What you'll do:
- Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile)
- Design graphics in Canva using client brand guidelines
- Write captions in natural, engaging American English — zero errors
- Manage Google Business Profile — posts, photos, review responses
- Coordinate with client field teams for photos and content
- Maintain content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Help with other tasks as assigned — small team, everyone pitches in

What we're looking for:
- College degree strongly preferred
- 2+ years social media content creation experience
- Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile
- C2 English — all content is client-facing and must be written in natural American English with zero errors
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
- Flexible — willing to do work outside your primary role when the team needs it
- Must have your own laptop and stable internet
- Background check required
