Google SEO, Website & Digital Growth Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for someone who can help increase our visibility on Google, improve our website performance, increase inbound inquiries, improve local search rankings, and help generate more catering and private chef bookings.
This position is focused on helping Mick's Kitchen & Catering get found online by the right people at the right time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for improving our website, SEO strategy, local SEO presence, Google rankings, website conversion rates, and overall digital visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform a complete SEO audit • Improve Google rankings • Optimize website pages • Improve website conversion rates • Manage website updates • Optimize service pages • Research keywords • Optimize content • Create SEO content recommendations • Improve local SEO rankings • Manage Google Business Profile • Improve online visibility • Build backlinks • Improve website user experience • Monitor website traffic • Monitor search rankings • Track conversions and inquiries • Help generate inbound leads • Support future product launches and business expansion initiatives

PROOF OF WORK REQUIRED:
• Weekly ranking reports • Keyword tracking reports • Website update logs • SEO reports • Google Business Profile reports • Traffic reports • Conversion reports

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
• Website audit completed within 7 days • SEO action plan completed within 14 days • Measurable website improvements • Increased visibility • Increased inbound inquiries • Improved search rankings • Consistent reporting and communication
