About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in content creation, graphic design, video editing, and personal brand growth, particularly on TikTok.

Our client is a successful business coach, so we are specifically looking for someone who understands how to build authority, create engaging educational content, and grow a personal brand that attracts and nurtures an audience.

This is not a typical social media posting role. We need someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, and help expand a coach's influence and reach online.

The position will initially start as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies focused on audience growth and engagement
Create and manage content calendars aligned with the client's brand and business goals
Design high-quality graphics for social media, presentations, lead magnets, and promotional campaigns
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets
Research trends, content opportunities, and platform best practices
Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Grow and strengthen the client's personal brand across multiple platforms
Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
Assist with community engagement and audience interaction when needed

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting a business coach, consultant, entrepreneur, influencer, public speaker, or personal brand
Experience creating educational, motivational, or thought-leadership content
Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and online coaching businesses
Experience growing accounts from scratch
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
Strong graphic design and video editing skills
Demonstrated success growing social media accounts, particularly on TikTok
Experience building or growing a personal brand
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Experience running and optimizing social media ads
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience-building strategies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
