HIRING: Female Junior Accountant (Australian Accounting)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant or Accounting Graduate to join our growing team supporting Australian businesses.

This role is ideal for a recent Accounting graduate or someone with 1-2 years of accounting experience who is looking to build a long-term career in Australian accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Data entry and account reconciliations
• Process invoices and maintain financial records
• Assist with BAS, payroll and compliance work
• Support senior accountants with client files
• Administrative and accounting-related duties as required

Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce (Major in Accounting)
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Good written and verbal English communication skills
? Organised and able to manage deadlines
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
? Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks
• Experience supporting Australian clients
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
