JOB OVERVIEW

We are a busy UK used car dealership receiving approximately 100 customer enquiries per day from multiple sources.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to manage and distribute incoming enquiries fairly across our sales team.

(11am to 9pm UK time 3/4 days per week) in need of two coordinators as require 7 day a week lead coordinating)

Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming leads from:
AutoTrader
Carwow
WhatsApp

Facebook
& Instagram
AutoConvert Finance Applications
Codeweavers Finance Applications
Website Text Enquiries
Motors
Part Exchange Enquiries
Log all leads into a Google Sheet and CRM
Distribute leads using a round-robin allocation system
Ensure all salespeople receive a fair allocation of enquiries
Track whether leads have been claimed and contacted
Follow up with sales staff if leads have not been actioned
Produce daily lead allocation reports
Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong Google Sheets experience
Experience with CRM systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work during UK business hours
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable working with WhatsApp, Facebook Business Suite, email and web portals
Preferred:
Automotive industry experience
Lead management experience
Sales administration experience
Success in this role means:

Accurate reporting
