Virtual Marketing Assistant — Family Entertainment & Events Business

ABOUT US
We are The Fun4Hire Network and The Fun Hub Rewards Club — a fast growing family entertainment business based in Southampton, England. We run inflatable hire, events and experiences across Southampton and Hampshire alongside a thriving family membership community with nearly 2,000 members and growing every week.

We are entering our busiest season and need a brilliant Virtual Marketing Assistant to help us keep up with it all.

THE ROLE
A social media and marketing focused role supporting the founder directly. You will take our social media completely off his plate so he can focus on growing the business, building relationships and running events.

You will be given photos, videos, event details and a weekly brief. Your job is to turn that into brilliant content that looks great, sounds right and gets our audience engaged every single day.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Social Media Management

-Creating and scheduling daily posts across Facebook and Instagram
-Designing eye catching graphics and videos in Canva using our brand colours and style
-Writing engaging captions that match our warm fun and energetic brand voice
-Monitoring engagement and reporting on what is working

Content Creation

-Designing branded graphics for event announcements, partner deals, giveaways and membership promotions
-Editing and enhancing photos and videos from events
-Repurposing content across multiple formats — posts, stories, reel graphics

Weekly summary of key metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth
Flagging what is performing well and suggesting improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
? Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram for a business
? Strong Canva skills — professional graphics created quickly and confidently
? Excellent written English — engaging, error free and on brand
? Experience with Facebook Business Suite or similar scheduling tools
? Mailchimp experience or willingness to learn
? Proactive and self motivated — you deliver without being chased
? Reliable and consistent — you show up every week without fail
? Available to overlap with UK business hours
? Long term mindset — we want someone who grows with us

THE DETAILS
? Hours — 10-20 hours per week to start with potential to grow

???? Availability — must overlap with UK business hours

???? Contract — 1 month paid trial then ongoing for the right person
