JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We are developing a unique community-driven resort on Koh Phangan, Thailand, a space where people come together to live, connect, and experience a conscious lifestyle in nature.
We are looking for a reliable and structured Booking & Operations Manager to build and manage our booking system and guest processes remotely.

Responsibilities:
-Set up and manage booking systems (direct bookings + optional channel integration)
-Coordinate reservations, pricing, and availability
-Handle guest communication (before, during, after stay)
-Create clear operational workflows
-Work closely with founders and on-site team
-Ensure smooth and aligned guest experience

Requirements:
-Experience with booking systems (e.g. Lodgify or similar)
-Strong organizational skills
-Clear communication in English
-Ability to work independently
-Understanding of hospitality or community-based projects

Nice to have:
-Experience in retreats, co-living or community spaces
-Basic reporting / accounting understanding
-Long-term mindset
