(Salary Package: PHP 20,000–25,000 per month (negotiable only within this range; if you are not comfortable with this, please do not apply))

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ months of experience in BPO training, coaching, or learning & development roles
• Experience in e-commerce support such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or Walmart is a plus
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and training development skills
• Analytical, adaptable, and passionate about helping people grow
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
• Backup device and power source

What You’ll Be Doing
• Design and deliver training programs for new CSRs
• Create and update training materials including slides, manuals, scripts, LMS content, and videos
• Conduct coaching sessions using mock calls, role-plays, live demos, and simulations
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and ensure training goals are met
• Evaluate trainee performance and endorse graduates for deployment
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and QA to align training with client needs
• Continuously improve training systems, LMS courses, and knowledge base content
