HIRING YT THUMBNAIL DESIGNER!

We are looking to hire a Thumbnail Designer to join our team full-time. We manage X+ active YouTube channels across various niches.

The topics of our channels are very diverse. See youtube thumbnail references on these channels:

Compensation:
• $600/month base salary.
• Performance bonuses (typically an additional $600/month for top performers).
Working Hours:
50 hours per week.
Your Role:
• Create eye-catching thumbnails that match the style and quality of our existing content.
• Work on a wide range of topics across multiple niches.
• Use Midjourney and other AI tools for thumbnail creation where needed, but still capable of using more manual tools like
• On average, we request 200 thumbnails per month.
What We Provide:
• Video titles.
• Full scripts for each topic.
Requirements:
• Strong skills in thumbnail design (please do not apply if you cannot match our style).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, etc… please also other AI/non-AI tools you are mastering in term of skillset.
• Desire for a long-term commitment - 1+ years
