AI Agents & Automation Engineer

We’re hiring a hands-on builder who can create real systems using AI tools. You’ll design and deploy AI agents, automations, and LLM-powered workflows that replace manual processes and support internal operations.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates who already have experience building working automations, agent workflows, or internal tools, beyond simply experimenting with AI tools.



What You’ll Do and Deliver:

-Build and maintain AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for real operational use

-Design end-to-end workflows that take action, not just generate responses

-Turn repetitive and manual processes into practical AI-driven automations

-Improve workflow logic, response quality, and reliability across AI-powered processes

-Debug, refine, and optimize existing AI automations for better performance and consistency

-Help turn business needs into usable AI-assisted tools and working solutions

-Identify opportunities where AI can reduce effort, improve output quality, or speed up internal work



RELEVANT TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES

You don’t need experience with every tool listed below, but you should be comfortable working with some of them in real projects:

-OpenAI / ChatGPT API or Anthropic Claude

-Workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make

-Prompt design, workflow logic, and AI task orchestration

-Google Apps Script or JavaScript for automation

-Google Sheets automation, formula logic, and process improvement

-AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot



Who This Role Is Best Suited For:

-Has hands-on experience working with AI automations and agent-based workflows

-Enjoys figuring things out and improving how work gets done

-Can bring structure to messy or unclear processes

-Likes building useful solutions that have real impact

-Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
