JOB OVERVIEW

About this Role:
We represent a premier portfolio of multi-asset hotel properties in the heart of San Francisco, California. Our sales organization operates with a relentless "hunter" mentality, focusing on speed to market, flawless organization, and deep consultative relationship-building.

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented B2B Lead Generation Specialist to act as our primary intelligence gatherer. Your mission is to unearth the "hidden gems"—identifying the companies and the exact decision-makers who manage corporate travel, project housing, and mid-week group accommodations for teams traveling to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Your Target Markets:
You will be researching companies primarily within the "Built Environment," Infrastructure, and Project-Based sectors, including:

Real Estate & Property Management (including REITs)

Property Development & General Contractors

Commercial Construction & Builders

Architecture & Interior Design Firms

Entertainment, Media, and Production Companies

Retail (Corporate levels, e.g., Gap, Levi's)

Key Responsibilities:

Deep-Dive Research: Identify mid-to-large companies within the target verticals that have active projects, offices, or business interests in San Francisco.

Identify the Decision-Makers: Find the verified names, titles, and contact information for the people who actually book travel and group room blocks. (Titles often include: Travel Manager, Procurement Manager, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Event Coordinator, or Project Coordinator).

Database Management: Build and maintain flawlessly organized spreadsheets (or input directly into our CRM) containing company names, contact details, LinkedIn profiles, and relevant company news (e.g., "Company X just won a major construction bid in Fisherman's Wharf").

Market Intelligence: Monitor local San Francisco business news to spot companies expanding, hosting events, or starting major projects in our neighborhood.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or data mining.

Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

Flawless written English and an elite standard of organization.

The ability to move quickly and efficiently (Speed to Market is our standard).

Familiarity with the US corporate landscape (knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is a massive plus).

Why Work With Us?
You will be working directly with a senior-level Complex Sales Manager. We value proactive communication, mutual respect, and long-term partnerships. If you are someone who thrives on uncovering hard-to-find information and building the foundation for high-level corporate sales, you will succeed here.

How to Apply:
To ensure you have read this entire post and possess the elite attention to detail we require, please include the phrase "Three Keys" in the subject line of your application email/message.

In your application, please include:

A brief summary of your experience finding specific corporate decision-makers (Travel Managers, EAs, etc.).

The tools you are most comfortable using to verify email addresses.

A link to your resume or portfolio.
