We are hiring an experienced Meta Media Buyer to join our team.
We run a portfolio of 7-8 figure brands in the supplement space.
This role is for some experienced in niches where ad approvals, landing page quality, creative testing, account health, and policy-safe execution matter.
This is NOT a role for you if:
- No experience in last 6 months (proof required)
- You use work-hours to do non-work tasks
- You aren’t honest with us & fake sick days
- You do not have attention to detail
We spend a lot of capital on ads - being distracted or focused on other tasks will cost us thousands of dollars so please do not apply if that's your plan.
Responsibilities:
- Decision-making + reliability skills
- Upload ad creatives and set up campaigns
- Scale winning ads and cut losing ads
- Check tracking, pixels, events, and conversion flow
- Review landing pages before launch
- Help maintain ad account quality and reduce unnecessary rejections
- Report clearly on what is working and what needs changing
- Handle communication with our media team
Requirements:
- Strong and recent experience with Meta Ads Manager - proof required
- Experience posting and launching ads regularly
- Familiarity with everything in the Meta business suite
- Proven media buying experience for eCommerce brands - bonus if supplements
- Ability to analyse CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate
- E- xperience with high-compliance niches like supplements
- Strong understanding of Meta ad policies and approval issues
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Working hours:
- To be discussed based on requirements. Will start as PT, and ramp up to FT once you ramp up and perform for our portfolio of brands.
