We are looking to hire someone with call centre script writing experience to work within a live chat team servicing clients in the Australian and US markets. This individual must be fluent in written and verbal English with experience in the call centre or live chat industry. Beyond strong command of English, this person needs to have attention to detail.
Activities led by this role include:
Plan and produce conversational chat scripts in alignment with strategic and communicative objectives for AU and US audience
Apply FAQs and user experience best practice in the development of chat content without sounding robotic
Coordinate and guide the delivery of targeted chat flow as a driver of engagement
Review chats to understand areas of improvement and suggest alternative scripts
Conduct test chats with the team to understand the flow of conversation and provide feedback
Ideally this role will be suitable for someone who has worked in call centre environment for AU or US client
We're only looking for full-time resource for this role.
