Tiktok Shop Video Editor

I am looking for an experienced Tiktok Shop editor.

Someone that is familiar with the fast past, constant motion of Tiktok and the need to be skilled in editing for appealing video flows for Tiktok Shop products.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN VIDEO EDITING AT A HIGH LEVEL DON NOT APPLY

This position will require 25-30 edited videos per day. The expectation is that you will be able to follow an inspiration video and use your creativity to ensure the video looks appealing.

understanding english is a must

You will primarily be editing:

b-roll videos
talking head style
skit style
product review style


I am looking for an experienced editor that can handle the volume.

Many videos will take about 2 minutes to edit while some b-roll videos will take a bit longer. I have never taken more than 20 minutes to edit 1 video. The expectation is that you can do the same without me having to hand hold you.

I do not do briefs as the video being recorded is too simple to require a brief. I will on occasion send a video as "inspiration"

You must know:

how to create a good flow in a video
how to change scenes a lot but then slow it down as well
how to edit slow and fast dynamic zooms and other effects
be willing to watch a lot of recommended content to get better at the style we are aiming for
have high speed reliable internet
have capcut desktop
no issues with power outages
have google chat
have google drive

be willing to communicate
be willing to do the work

Pay will be every 2 weeks
this is a salary position at $150 usd every 2 weeks
there is also a bonus structure
(this is where most editors make A TON)

in the first 30 days if a video hits 100k view there is a $10usd bonus on that 1 video
if that same video goes to 1 Million views there is an additional $40usd bonus.

1 video you edit has the potential to make you $50usd extra on top of your salary.
With 25-30 videos being edited and posted everyday, the potential is very high for additional income.

i have found that this type of structure really incentives you to do a good job!



In order to apply you will be required to do 2 video re-creates. If you are a good editor this should take 15-20 minutes tops. It took me about 5 minutes to edit each video.

First-
I will give you the raw footage and my completed video and I want to see if you can recreate it.

Second-
I will give you only the raw footage and then we will compare your completed video to mine to see how close you came.
