Remote Social Media Manager & Content Coordinator (Construction / Real Estate)

We are a growing real estate investment and construction company looking for a reliable Remote Social Media Manager to help document projects, create content, and grow our online presence.

We currently manage multiple residential renovation projects and need someone who can take project photos and videos from our field team, turn them into engaging content, and keep our social media channels active and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media content
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
• Edit photos and videos from active construction projects
• Create before and after project posts
• Write captions and project updates
• Organize content from field staff
• Help build brand awareness and online presence
• Track engagement and content performance
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule through our Automation (Twice a Day Minimum on each Platform)

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media accounts
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Construction, real estate, or home renovation experience is a plus
