GRAPHIC ARTIST

1. Multimedia artists use multiple technologies and artistic methods to create special effects,
characters or scenes in film, advertisements, website design, animation or video games.
2. Storyboards and plot lines may also be created by multimedia artists to further develop a
story in animated training materials.
3. Multimedia artists use different technologies and elements like typography, images and
music to create unique work.
4. Stay updated with the rapidly changing trends and upgrades in technology.
5. Individual contributor: possibly expected to provide technical direction to other staff.
6. Create graphics and animation using computer programs and illustrations.
7. To produce simple, intuitive training guides such as animating a set of screenshots (animated
with thought bubbles) or cartoon.
8. Research upcoming projects to help create intuitive designs or animations.
9. Develop storyboards that map out key scenes in animations.
10. Edit animations and effects on the basis of feedback from clients or internal customers.
11. Meet with clients, directors, and other staff to review deadlines and development timelines.
