JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shop Marketing Pros is seeking a detail-oriented LSA Call Reviewer to join our Digital Ads team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to listen to and rate phone calls from approximately 69 Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts using the Google LSA Dashboard. We utilize tracking numbers connected to GuestX, which automatically apply tags to calls. The hired candidate will review each call and accurately match the corresponding tags within the LSA Dashboard according to our established rating process. This is a highly structured and repetitive role that requires sustained focus, consistency, and attention to detail. Success depends on your ability to remain attentive, apply rating criteria consistently, and maintain accuracy throughout repetitive tasks.
The LSA Call Reviewer will directly support our Digital Ads Team in optimizing client advertising performance and assist our Client Success Team by ensuring accurate reporting. You will follow a standardized call rating scale and established workflow developed through extensive research and optimization. Comprehensive training will be provided, and the selected candidate will be expected to consistently follow the proven process already in place.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Extremely comfortable working with repetitive tasks
Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
Comfortable working independently after initial training
Access to a reliable internet connection and computer
Keen ability to stay alert and attentive to the task at hand
Ability to learn and follow already established processes and systems for call listening
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Listen to phone calls generated from Local Services Ads (LSAs) in the Google dashboard
Rate each call based on the standardized call rating scale provided
Match tags in the LSA Dashboard
Ensure all calls for the previous month are rated by the 6th of the following month
Collaborate with the Ads Project Manager for training, updates, and ongoing communication
Maintain accuracy and consistency in call ratings to support ad optimization and client reporting
