Meta Ads Assistant (Creative Upload & Campaign Setup)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Meta Ads Assistant to help with the operational setup of ads inside Meta Ads Manager.

We run a premium activewear clothing e-commerce brand based in Europe. We already create the ad strategy, creatives, copy and campaign direction internally. We are not looking for a media buyer or strategist. We are looking for someone who can accurately upload ads, follow clear instructions and prepare campaigns, ad sets and ads as drafts for review.

Your main tasks will include:

- Uploading image and video creatives into Meta Ads Manager
- Creating ads based on a provided campaign brief
- Adding provided primary text, headlines, descriptions and URLs
- Following naming conventions exactly
- Checking ad previews before submission
- Making sure all AI features, automatic creative enhancements and creative optimizations are turned off
- Preparing ads as drafts for final review
- Reporting back when the setup is completed

You will not be responsible for strategy, budget decisions, campaign optimization or publishing ads without approval.

Requirements:

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working from a Google Sheet
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions
- Good written English
- Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
- Experience with other ad platforms & Shopify is a plus, but not required
