Role Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor Creator will be responsible for creating professional visual assets, branded graphics, marketing materials, social media content, and video content for PGS and its clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and strategic, able to design visually appealing content while understanding business objectives, brand positioning, audience engagement, and conversion goals.

The person must be able to create polished designs, edit engaging videos, support marketing campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses and platforms.


Graphic Design:

Create high-quality visual assets for:
Social media posts and campaigns
Website graphics and banners
Landing pages and sales pages

Email
marketing graphics
Presentation decks
PDF guides, lead magnets, and downloadable resources
App store graphics and promotional images
Brand assets, icons, thumbnails, and templates
Client-facing reports and business documents
Event, webinar, podcast, and community graphics
Develop and maintain brand consistency across PGS and client brands.
Create reusable design templates for faster content production.
Work with marketing, content, product, and delivery teams to translate ideas into clear, professional visuals.



Video Editing & Content Creation:

Edit short-form and long-form video content for:
YouTube
Instagram Reels
TikTok

Facebook

LinkedIn
Website videos
App demos
Training videos
Webinars
Podcasts
Client testimonials
Promotional videos
Community content
Add captions, graphics, lower thirds, transitions, music, animations, and branding elements.
Create engaging video clips from longer content.
Prepare video assets optimized for different platforms and formats.
Support the creation of launch videos, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional campaigns.


Brand & Creative Direction:
Help define and improve visual standards for each brand managed by PGS.
Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s purpose, audience, tone, and business goals.
Provide creative input on campaign ideas, content themes, and brand positioning.
Guide junior designers, content creators, or contractors when needed.
Review creative assets for quality, consistency, and professionalism.


Marketing & Campaign Support:
Work closely with the marketing strategist and content team to support campaign execution.
Create visuals that support lead generation, audience engagement, community growth, and product awareness.
Design creative assets for launches, promotions, funnels, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
Help transform written content into visual stories, carousels, reels, videos, and branded marketing assets.


Collaboration & Workflow:

Manage multiple design and video requests across different brands and client projects.
Organize design files, source files, templates, and creative assets properly.
Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Take feedback professionally and revise designs/videos as needed.
Use project management tools to track tasks and deliverables.


Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of professional graphic design experience
3+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong portfolio showing design and video work
Advanced skills in tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Canva
Figma
CapCut or similar video editing tools
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating content for social media platforms
Experience creating marketing and sales assets
Ability to edit videos with captions, transitions, music, motion graphics, and branded elements
Ability to work with multiple brands and adapt to different styles
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to take direction and also bring creative ideas forward
Experience working in a remote team environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with SaaS, coaching, community, faith-based, or service-based brands
Experience designing app-related graphics or app store promotional assets
Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, reels, shorts, and podcast clips
Experience with motion graphics and simple animation
Experience with AI creative tools for image, video, and content production
Experience creating presentation decks and business proposals
Experience building brand kits and design systems
Understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and conversion-focused design


Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, mature, and able to work across multiple brands without losing consistency or quality. They understand that design is not just about making something look good, it must communicate clearly, build trust, support marketing goals, and help the business grow.

They should be comfortable working with business owners, marketing teams, content creators, product teams, and delivery teams. They should be able to take rough ideas and turn them into polished creative assets.



Core Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaborative leadership style, and an ability to thrive in agile environments.

Should be able work with the complete Adobe suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Priemer Pro
