ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling customer support for online stores.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, shipping inquiries, refunds, replacements, and general support while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer emails and support tickets
Handle shipping, refund, replacement, and order-related concerns
Process and manage customer requests through support platforms
Follow SOPs, templates, and internal workflows
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce customer support experience
Experience using Shopify
Experience using Re, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar helpdesk platforms
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs and processes
Excellent attention to detail
Fast learner and self-starter


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with shoe, fashion, apparel, or DTC brands
Familiarity with ----------
Familiarity with Notion
Experience handling PayPal disputes and chargebacks
Experience with order fulfillment and shipping issues
