MSP Support Engineer

LecsIT is a US-based managed IT services provider with over a decade of experience supporting businesses across Indiana. We're a small, close-knit team — you'll work directly with clients, own your tickets end-to-end, and have real visibility into everything the team is doing. No layers, no queue farming.

The role

We're looking for an MSP Support Engineer to handle L2/L3 escalations, Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, and day-to-day technical support for our US client base. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.

What you'll do

-Resolve escalated L2/L3 support tickets across hardware, software, and networking
-Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for multiple clients
-Manage user accounts, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, and security configurations
-Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions clearly for the team
-Communicate directly with clients on complex technical problems

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of experience working at a managed service provider
-Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
-Working knowledge of Azure — user management, licensing, basic resource administration
-Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
-Clear, professional English — written and spoken
-Able to manage multiple tickets and priorities without losing detail
-Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Certified candidates will be prioritized — but we care more about what you can actually do.
