JOB OVERVIEW

Who we are
We're a performance marketing and lead generation company running paid acquisition across regulated verticals (insurance, financial services, home services, and more). Native traffic is a core channel for us, and we're scaling. We move fast, we test relentlessly, and we make decisions off data — not hunches.
What you'll do

Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, and MGID (other native networks a plus).
Own the full campaign lifecycle: setup, bidding, budget pacing, publisher/widget whitelisting and blacklisting, and daily optimization toward CPA / ROAS targets.
Develop and test native creative — headlines, thumbnails, and ad angles. You understand that on native, the creative is the campaign.
Work closely with our team on advertorials and prelanders, and feed back what's converting so we can iterate on funnels.
Read the data: monitor performance through our tracking stack (RedTrack / Voluum or similar), cut losers fast, double down on winners, and keep clean daily reporting.
Stay on top of compliance requirements and network policies for the verticals you're buying in.

What we're looking for

Proven, hands-on native buying experience — you've personally managed real spend on multiple native networks and can speak to specific campaigns, what you optimized, and the results.
A strong grasp of native creative strategy and advertorial-style funnels.
Comfort with tracking platforms, postback/conversion setup, and spreadsheets. You think in metrics: CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, EPC, ROAS.
Self-directed and focused. You can run campaigns without someone watching over your shoulder.
Solid written and spoken English for daily communication.
Reliable internet and a setup that lets you work full-time hours with NA overlap.

Nice to have

Experience in lead gen specifically (ping/post, advertiser/buyer dynamics).
Background in insurance, financial, or other regulated verticals.
Familiarity with Facebook/Meta or other paid channels, even if native is your main strength.
