Facebook Posting & Lead Engagement Specialist

We are a licensed real estate company in Japan specializing in vacant homes, relocation support, and investment properties.

We are currently looking for a reliable long-term contractor to assist with social media engagement, online community outreach, and lead support activities.

(This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.)

Main Responsibilities:

• Share approved property information in online communities and social media groups
• Monitor engagement and respond to interested users
• Move qualified prospects into private conversations
• Assist with WhatsApp group introductions and follow-ups
• Maintain organized daily activity and lead tracking records

This role is focused on consistency, communication, and relationship building.

You will not be responsible for contracts, negotiations, pricing discussions, or legal matters. All professional real estate activities are handled by our licensed team.

Compensation:

• Base pay: PHP 8,000 per month

Performance Bonuses:
• PHP 200 per qualified WhatsApp lead
• PHP 4,000 per completed transaction (after confirmed contract and payment)
