We are looking for a reliable, proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter & Outreach Specialist to help generate qualified opportunities and support new client enrollments for our Academy and Implementation Lab programs.
We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us, take ownership, and contribute directly to business growth.
## Your Mission
Your mission is to help generate new Academy and Lab enrollments.
You will do this through a combination of:
* LinkedIn outreach (must-have)

* Instagram outreach
* Lead follow-up
* Re-engaging existing leads
* Reconnecting workshop participants
* Booking free audits
* Booking discovery calls
* Relationship building and nurturing
The ultimate goal is not just booked calls.
The ultimate goal is creating qualified opportunities that convert into enrolled clients.
We are not looking for someone who simply sends messages. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about creating opportunities that lead to new client enrollments.

## Responsibilities
* LinkedIn outreach and follow-up (must-have)

* Instagram outreach and follow-up
* Re-engage existing leads
* Reconnect workshop participants
* Reconnect previous inquiries and applications
* Build relationships and start conversations
* Book qualified discovery calls
* Fill workshops and free audit sessions
* Track conversations and opportunities in our CRM
* Ensure no lead is forgotten
Both warm and cold outreach are important.
## Minimum Weekly Activity Targets
* 250+ follow-ups per week
* 150+ new outreach messages per week
* Daily outreach activity
* Daily follow-up activity
* Consistent CRM updates
## Success Metrics
You will be measured by results, not just activity.
Key metrics include:
* Qualified conversations generated
* Discovery calls booked
* Workshop registrations generated
* Free audit applications generated
* Academy enrollments
* Lab enrollments

## Requirements
* Excellent written English
