*Job Description*
We are looking for teachers who have a passion in teaching, and are able to increase the learning motivation of students.

*Job Responsibilities*
Conduct one-on-one online English lessons for mainly children and teenagers
Encourage students to speak confidently and improve their communication skills
Provide constructive feedback to support student progress
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all classes
Working Schedule

*Peak hours*
Monday–Friday 4:00pm–10:00pm
Sunday 9:00am–10:00pm
(Teachers may choose available slots within peak hours)

*Requirements*
At least 2–3 years of online ESL teaching experience
TEFL/TESOL certification preferred
Excellent English communication and pronunciation skills
Passionate about teaching and motivating students
Able to commit to a long-term part-time schedule
Familiar with Zoom

*Technical Requirements*
PC or Mac with at least 8GB RAM (mobile devices not accepted)
HD webcam
Headset with a noise-canceling microphone
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload)
Quiet and professional teaching environment
