JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an exceptional, performance-driven Graphic Designer to create high-converting static advertisements for Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role requires expertise in direct response creative that must match the aesthetic and quality of 8-figure direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and immediately stop the scroll.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Portfolio is CRITICAL: Your submitted portfolio must immediately match or exceed the quality standard set by top-tier DTC brands. We are looking for clean, modern design with scroll-stopping visuals, strong typography, and expert product photography integration.

DTC & Meta Ad Expertise: You must have 3+ years of professional experience designing Meta static ads for DTC brands. Must understand Direct Response Marketing (DRM) and be able to create mobile-first designs incorporating social proof and compelling hooks.

Technical Mastery: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator mastery is a must).

Work Style: Ability to iterate quickly and respond to performance data. Must be deadline-driven with a fast turnaround capability.

Compensation & Structure:

Rate: $15 USD per concept (static ads) (1x concept = 3 unique statics in 2 formats (4:5 and 9:16))

Workload: Initial paid trial project, then transitioning to 20 hours per week ongoing.

Shift: Flexible hours; work is output-based with strict deadlines.
