Looking for a Reel Editor (Long-Term Opportunity)

I'm looking for someone who can consistently edit at least 5 reels per week for me. If you can handle more, even better.

The content will be for Instagram and TikTok across two different niches:

Fitness content
Real-life storytelling and psychology-based content

I'll provide:
? All video footage
? Direction on each reel
? Captions or talking points
? Branding guidelines
? Font preferences and style direction
? Notes on whether the reel is:

Short-form (7-15 seconds)
Talking head content
Storytelling content
Motivational content
Educational content

I'm not looking for someone to create content from scratch. I already have the footage and the vision. I need someone who can take my instructions and turn them into polished reels that fit my brand.

Consistency is important because I want a recognizable look and feel across all platforms.
