Spanish Dental Receptionist/ Biller

Virtual Dental Receptionist / Biller (English & Spanish)
We are looking for a bilingual English–Spanish speaking Virtual Dental Receptionist/Biller to support our brand?new, state?of?the?art pediatric dental office. This role is perfect for someone who is warm, organized, reliable, and experienced with dental front office duties. You will play an important part in helping our new practice grow and ensuring every family receives excellent service from the very first phone call.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet callers and provide friendly, professional communication

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Handle insurance verification, claims submission, and billing follow?up

Communicate with parents in both English and Spanish

Support recall, treatment plan follow?up, and patient reminders

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Work confidently with Open Dental (required or willing to learn quickly)

Demonstrate excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience as a virtual dental receptionist or dental biller

Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental software

Strong communication skills and a warm, patient?friendly attitude

Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific Time preferred)

Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
