Inspyre Funding is a U.S.-based business funding advisory firm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help publish content and maintain our WordPress website.

Hours: 15 hours/week

Required Skills:

• WordPress (Gutenberg Editor)
• Rank Math SEO
• Canva
• Google Search Console
• Google Sheets
• HTML knowledge
• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Publish content in WordPress
• Add SEO titles, meta descriptions, keywords, and schema in Rank Math
• Create featured images in Canva
• Upload and optimize images
• Submit URLs to Google Search Console
• Update content tracking spreadsheets
• Perform website maintenance and plugin updates
• Schedule social media posts
