YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form + Shorts)

Inspyre Funding is a U.S.-based business funding advisory firm seeking a skilled Video Editor to help grow our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok channels.

Hours: 10-20 hours per week to start

Pay: Approx. $4 USD/hour depending on experience

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Required Skills:

• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Editing YouTube videos (8-15 minutes)
• Creating YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
• B-roll selection and placement
• Motion graphics and text overlays
• Audio cleanup and balancing
• Strong English comprehension
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Edit educational talking-head videos
• Add B-roll, graphics, captions, callouts, and visual enhancements
• Remove pauses, mistakes, filler words, and dead space
• Create engaging Shorts and Reels from long-form videos
• Deliver videos in formats optimized for YouTube, Faceb• Follow our editing guidelines and brand standards
• Meet agreed turnaround times

• YouTube retention editing
• Thumbnail design
• Canva
• TubeBuddy or VidIQ
• Experience editing business, finance, educational, consulting, or podcast content
